Today at Mac World, Apple announced a few new things that Im sure will make some of you Mac users happy (myself included). First off, iWork '09 and iLife '09 are both being released this month. The coolest thing in my opinion is an update to iPhoto (in iLife) that brings a new function called Faces, which can automatically detect a person's face in your pictures and tag them, then separate the pics by person. Its pretty awesome and you check out a video of the iPhoto update below.
Another announcement is that iTunes will now be DRM free, meaning you can play all the songs purchased on iTunes on any device! This is big news, considering every other music site has been doing this for ages. There will also be a nice price scheme for music starting at $.69 and going up to $1.29. You can also download music to your iPhone 3G via AT&T's 3G network instead of just WiFi.
