Australia is offering one very lucky person what they are calling the best job in the world. Hopefully that person is me, but here is the job description. Basically you are required to live in a three bedroom house (for free) and spend you're days snorkeling the reef and being the island's "caretaker". You will also have to post a few blogs about your time spent there (6 months) and give a few interviews with the media. For doing this pain in the ass job, you will be rewarded with a salary of $105,000 and all of your living necessities are included. The only requirements for the job are to be a good swimmer and communicator in the English language. That's it. Anyone can do apply and you (really me) just might be the lucky one who has this amazing "job" opportunity. If you're wondering why Australia (land of the backwards flushing toilets) is offering such a job, it is because they are trying to get tourism to continue in their country which accounts for about 18 billion dollars for them per year. The global economy is making everybody sweat, so this is their plan to get the tourists flocking.
