This is a house somewhere that is using a lighting system that connects to their PC which controls everything however they want, including speed and which lights light up and when they are to do so. The point of the video is to actually get you to but the same system for your house, but that's lame so just watch the video for the cool factor. It starts off kind of slow, but when it gets going its pretty sweet.
