Ok, I dont have a clue on how to sew or use a sewing machine, but if I had to learn I would definitely use the new Quattro 6000D from Brother. It features a 4.5" x 7" Sharp HD LCD screen that is connect to a high resolution camera for up close shots of whatever many item it is that you're adding buttons to. It even has three USB ports for you to jam flash drives into! The purpose of these ports is beyond me, but its rad nonetheless.
