This picture is insane. Some crazy popular drug dealer in Brazil has himself a nice little mansion overlooking the slums he makes his money from. The worst part of this whole thing however, may be the fact that this particular drug king pin was a Justin Beiber fan. Somehow this guy managed to keep this pad a secret from the poor folks below and the police, who only recently found out about this dude and his drug mansion recently. Needless to say it was raided.
