England has a real problem on their hands, public urination. I suppose this is a problem anywhere alcohol is readily available, but those jolly old Brits were the ones to invent this contraption, the Wheelie Bin Urinal. Its basically a trash can that would normally be out in the street only now you can piss in it, instead of on a wall or curb.
