Officials in China have had it up to here with restaurants serving a delicacy consisting of snake bitten chicken. Evidently the chicken meat tastes that much better with a hint of snake venom and chefs are taking their chicken and letting them get bitten by snakes to satisfy the hungry customers. Big brother thinks this is animal cruelty so the crusade has started. Way to make us look good China, thanks!
