Honda has announced that they are going to bring back their first attempt into the hybrid market in 2010 with a new version of the Honda Insight. Honda currently has the Civic hybrid, but it has failed to be as popular as Toyota's Prius. The thing that is going to make the new Insight stand out however, is the price tag. Honda expects the Insight to have a starting sticker price of $18,500. That is very very cheap considering the prices that hybrids go for now. The picture above is just a concept photo of the car, but Honda says that about 90% of the design should make it into production.
