This is the WhiteKnightTwo, which will eventually carry regular folks up into outer space courtesy of crazy-old Richard Branson and his newly formed Virgin Galactic "airline". The pic above does not include the actual "space ship" that one will be in when they are sent into orbit, but it is the vessel that will carry the shuttle up. Below is a model of what the final product will look like.
