I dont really get Panic! at the Disco's new video for Mona Lisa, but its good to see them back in their old school form.

I see it this way:
The song is about a lady who is painting a perfect picture, ("She paints her fingers with a close precision")
Someone realizes she has problems ("He starts to notice empty bottles of gin..")
but she has problems that she doesnt want to confront. (She says, "There's nothing wrong with a taste of what you've paid for")
It fits the video because it tells the remainder of the story. Her only problem was him seeing her problems, so she killed him. In the video the Ghost is trying to expose the girl for murdering him as a human. She walks around the funeral reception as if everything is ok, ("Mona Lisa I'd pay to see you frown") the ghost would do anything to see her downfall, so he speaks to the little girl. The little girl reveals her secret.
